Mark Stagen
Mark has spent more than 30 years building and leading companies. He has founded and led two businesses through successful exits, built leadership teams, worked with investors and boards, navigated rapid growth, and experienced many of the same challenges Third Peak clients are facing today.
Today, Mark works with founders, CEOs and leadership teams as an experienced EOS Implementer and operator-advisor.
A longtime YPO member and leader, Mark has spent decades alongside accomplished founders and CEOs. His style is direct, practical and candid — grounded in the perspective of someone who has actually sat in the CEO's chair.
Based in Los Angeles, Third Peak works with established leaders across Southern California and the United States.
