You’re here because you are committed to not only your professional growth and development but also to your personal evolution as well.  If you strive to be a better leader and progress both personally and professionally, Third Peak provides the space for you to learn best practices and strategies from other CEOs with many decades incredible experience and knowledge.

With an executive coach you get a one on one experience with someone who likely isn’t running their own business. With Third Peak, you get a seasoned team of up to 15 highly qualified CEOs and Presidents in your group to act as your personal Advisory Board. In addition to that, you’ll also have a highly qualified, professional facilitator to act as an executive coach to you and your entire Forum. The Third Peak experience is designed to give you the best of both worlds, combining personal CEO coaching with your own peer advisory group of other extraordinary leaders.

Third Peak helps you refine your leadership abilities through personal training, helps you train your executive instincts through professionally facilitated forums of industry leading CEOs, and helps you determine the best ways to develop your company both internally and externally. Third Peak gives you the tools and training necessary to truly develop your company and take each facet of your business into its next iteration.

Our group Chairs are an integral part of the Third Peak experience, and are there to make sure your Forum group accomplishes everything they set out to do. They are all trained professionals with over 20 years of C-Suite experience, and they help your forum group through each step of the Third Peak program.

Third Peak groups typically have 10-15 CEO/President members.

All businesses are unique in certain ways, but all CEOs face many of the same issues and challenges.  Some of these include strategies to grow revenues and profits, marketing and sales best practices, employee challenges, understanding and adapting to the evolving competitive landscape, and financial and operational best practices.  Your Third Peak group has over 200 years of collective experience dealing with many of the same challenges you’re experiencing.

Third Peak members, in collaboration with their group Chair, nominate presenters and speakers to address topics of interest.  Typical topics include: strategic planning, finance, technology, sales, marketing, leadership and work-life balance.

Third Peak meetings are planned a year in advance so you will have plenty of notice for when meetings are to take place.  We’re all busy but, when it’s important, you make the time. Our CEO members are not only expected to find time for meetings, but we expect them to actively participate in our forums. Why? Because you’ll get exponentially more out than what you put in. Our members say that the ROI of Third Peak is overwhelming, and that the time they put in has resulted in some the most impactful experiences they’ve had.

Being an Third Peak member is about commitment and character. Commitment to your company, your customers, your employees and to yourself. Beyond our basic requirements, we select all Third Peak CEO members based on their commitment to the power of continued learning, professional growth, and personal development.  Having extremely high ethics, morals and integrity are also required qualities for Third Peak members. The fact that you’re reading this now is a good sign you’re ready.

Third Peak groups meet once per month and the meetings are generally 4-5 hours long.  The meetings are scheduled in accordance with the group’s input to ensure maximum attendance.
